Ingredients
1 Tbsp peanuts, roasted, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp coconut, fresh, grated
1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 cup cucumber, diced
Method
In a large bowl, mix the peanuts, coconut, sesame seeds, sugar, salt and cucumber.
Let it rest for half an hour .
Serve at room temperature.
