Three boats seized for illegal fishing

Muscat: Three unlicensed fishing boats and three illegal fishing nets were seized in the Wilayat of Duqm, Al Wusta Governorate.

"The fisheries control team in Al Wusta Governorate managed to seize three unlicensed fishing boats and three illegal nets in the Wilayat of Duqm. The legal procedures are being completed in this regard," the Directorate General of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources in Al Wusta Governorate said in a statement.
