Ramadan Special: Help in doing the household chores

The daily Iftar meal is a wonderful time of communion after a long day of fasting. The hands that prepare this meal are blessed, but also tired. Lend a hand by chopping onions, setting the table, or cleaning up after the meal. If you are the household cook, make an extra meal once per week for an elderly neighbour, for an employee, or for a new mother.

Ramadan Words
So verily with the hardship, there is a relief, verily with the hardship, there is a relief – Quran Ch 94:5-6

Health tip: Have plenty of fruits
Vitamins and minerals are important for good health and more during the fasting month. Make sure to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables during Ramadan.
