Group arrested for violating Covid-19 movement ban in Oman

Muscat: A group of people have been arrested by Royal Oman Police (ROP), for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee during the period of closure and the movement ban.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "Al-Buraimi Governorate Police Command arrests a group of people for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with Covid-19 during the period of closure and the prevention of movement. Legal procedures against them are completed."
