Movement ban lifted, night-time closures to continue
Muscat: People are free to move about beyond 8pm, after 8 April, as the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 has decided to lift the movement ban on locals and expats in Oman.
However, commercial activities will continue to remain closed at night.
After noon on the 8th entry is only permitted through the country's airports, for citizens and resident card holders
During Ramadan, however, people are not allowed to venture outside their homes between 9pm and 4am, while commercial activities will also remain closed between these times.
