43 illegal workers arrested in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Manpower has arrested 43 illegal workers from Mawaleh Central Fruits and Vegetables Market on Tuesday.

In a statement issued online, Ministry of Manpower said: ''The Ministry, represented by the Joint Inspection Team in Muscat governorate, executed an inspection campaign against illegal workers at Mawaleh Central Fruits and Vegetables Market.''

“Ministry has arrested 43 workers who violated of the Labour Law, and legal procedures are being completed against them,” the Ministry added.
