Upon her arrival, Al Harthy was presented with an award by Muscat International Airport officials.

They took to their official Twitter handle to congratulate Al Harthy: "Muscat International Airport welcomes the adventurer Nadhira Al Harthy as the first Omani woman to ever reach the top of Mount Everest, the world's highest mountain at the height of 8,848 m.
