Muscat: The third stage of the Government Competency Programme was launched at Fraser Suites on Wednesday by the Ministry of Civil Service, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) and Kafa’ah Company for Human Resources Development.
This 7-day stage has a number of events, including the host of Salam Al Shaqsi, Chief Executive Officer of Alizz Islamic Bank, working papers, and a workshop on “The Government Work in the Digital Age” by Dr. Ali Al Shathani and Dr. Ali Al-Yahya’ee. The programme also includes an evaluation session for education projects.
This programme targets directors general and their equivalents in government units as part of the modern programmes that aim at enhancing capabilities of national manpower to face increasing challenges and current requirements in work environment and the society. It also reflects partnership between the public and private sectors.
