Muscat: Users of Oman Post now have a faster method to pay for services.
The company has partnered up with e-payment service provider 'Thawani' to provide instant electronic transactions.
According to an online statement by Oman Post, "Paying for post services has become easier, and can be done in seconds. Download the Thawani app, register or log in to your account, and add in your bank card details.
"Finally, you can now use the application to scan the shop's QR codes to make an instant purchase," the statement added.
Thawani was established in 2016 as a start-up which offers cashless payment services.
