Royal directive on laptops for students hailed by minister

Muscat: Laila bint Ahmed bin Awadh Al Najar, Minister of Social Development, has praised the kind gesture of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik represented by His Majesty's Royal Directives on the provision of laptops to all new students from social security and families with limited income who have joined the higher education institutions for the academic year 2020/2021.
She reaffirmed that this category enjoys the Royal Care and attention of His Majesty the Sultan.
The Royal Directives are supportive to this category in terms of furthering education at the university education without any financial burden on such category amidst the current world conditions, which required online education for some educational institutions.
