Muscat: Mercedes-Benz Oman has won second place in the Overseas General Distributor Awards 2019 organised at Daimler headquarters.
The impressive achievement, which compares the performance of all overseas Mercedes-Benz distributors, was awarded to Zawawi Trading Company in the categories of sales and customer services, judged across several performance criteria.
“We’re delighted to achieve such a high standing in these awards and to be recognised on a global level for our commitment to sales and customer services. The team has worked incredibly hard over the last few years to establish strong customer relations and ensure that our customers in Oman feel valued by Mercedes-Benz,” said Scott Shears, Mercedes-Benz Oman Passenger Cars General Manager. “From entering our showroom, through to test-drives, sales and our service centre, we offer our customers a seamless and luxurious experience and it’s important to us that we continue to be innovative and provide personalised experiences that cater to individual requirements.”
Mercedes-Benz Oman saw their personalized and innovative processes earn recognition over all other overseas general distributors, bar Kuwait who took home 1st place. The award is yet another in a line of accolades for Mercedes-Benz Oman after the luxury car manufacturer ramped-up investment in their ‘Best Customer Experience’ strategy and took a major step in delivering a more fluid and digitalised customer journey.
