Oman takes part in World Government Summit 2017 in Dubai

Dubai: Oman took part on Sunday in the opening of the World Government Summit 2017.
The Sultanate's delegation to the summit was led by Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service.
Deliberations of the 3-day summit began in Dubai on Sunday under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
The World Government Summit brings together prominent leaders from the public and private sectors, as well as international thought leaders and pioneers.
They engage in inspirational, thought-provoking, and future-focused dialogues that aim to shape the future of governments and help improve the lives of citizens worldwide.
The delegation accompanying Sheikh al-Marhoon comprised Saud bin Salim Al Bulushi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Educational Planning and Human Resources Development, Sayyid Salim bin Mussalim Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for Administrative Development, Dr. Khalid bin Said Al Jaradi, the Sultanate's Ambassador to the UAE, Sayyid Zaki bin Hilal Al Busaidi, CEO of the Institute of Public Administration and a number of officials.
