Oman Weather: Rain in Batinah, Buraimi and Dhahirah

Muscat: Rain fell in North Batinah, Buraimi and Dhahirah in the afternoon and it may extend towards rest of Al Hajar Mountains, Musandam and parts of Oman Sea's coast, Oman meterology department said.
In an advisory, the meteorology department has said that Buraimi, Rustaq, Samail, Bahla, Ibri, Nizwa, Sunaynah, Saiq, Madha, Yanqul, Jabal Shams, Al Hamra and Izki will be hit by thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Bader Ali Al Baddaei, an administrator of www.rthmc.net, a local web-based forum that discusses weather in Oman, said that wadis were overflowing in Madha and Liwa.
“Many roads are already cut due to overflowing wadis,” the weather enthusiast added.
Oman Meteorology Department has predicted more rains on Wednesday and Thursday.
