Omani Police arrest 12 African nationals for illegal entry; one local detained for assisting

Muscat: In a coordinated operation, the North Al Sharqiyah Police Command, in collaboration with the Al Wusta  Governorate Police Command, apprehended 12 individuals of African nationality for illegally entering the country.

Royal Oman Police also detained one person for allegedly transporting the group and facilitating their unauthorized entry using his private vehicle. Legal procedures are currently underway against all involved parties.
