HH Sayyid Asa’ad meets EU officials in Brussels

Brussels: HH Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tarik Al Said, the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan met on Wednesday with Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Prime Minister of the Republic of Greece.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of HH Sayyid Asa’ad participation in the first GCC-EU Joint Summit.

HH Sayyid Asa’ad also met, separately, with Alexander De Croo, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium and Charles Michel, President of the European Council.

These meetings reviewed bilateral relations and means of enhancing cooperation in different fields. The officials also exchanged views on several matters of mutual interest.

The meetings also discussed topics in the agenda of the first GCC-EU Joint summit.

The meetings were attended by several senior officials from each side.
