2 Tbsp millet flour
2 and half cups water
1 tbsp instant oats
Salt, to taste
In a saucepan over low heat, dry-roast the millet flour until it turns light brown. Slowly, incorporating a few spoons at a time, stir in the water. Add the instant oats and cook for 5 minutes until it reaches a porridge-like consistency. Turn off the heat. Season with salt and serve hot.
