Ingredients
30 almonds
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped potato
2 tbsp oats flour
1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
2 tsp butter
2 tsp cream (optional)
Salt & Black pepper powder
Preparation
Soak almonds overnight. Remove the skin.
Blend almonds with 1 cup water to make a smooth paste.
Combine cauliflower, onion, potato in 2 cups water and boil till they turn soft.
Blend and keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add oats flour and roast till it turn light pink, add almond paste and mix well
Add vegetable purée, salt, pepper, cream and boil for another 5 mins. Serve warm.
