4 cups grated fresh coconut
2 cups sugar
Chopped almonds, for garnishing
Heat a pan on low heat, add the coconut and sugar. Allow the sugar to melt.
Stir continuously until the mixture begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Cool the mixture and roll it into balls. Garnish with chopped almonds.
