Oman Customs seizes alcoholic beverages in 2 governorates

Muscat: Oman Customs has foiled an attempt to smuggle large quantities of alcoholic beverages in Musandam Governorate. It also seized quantities of alcoholic beverages in Muscat Governorate.

According to Oman Customs, the Customs Department of Musandam Governorate, in cooperation with the Coast Guard Centre, thwarted an attempt to smuggle large quantities of alcoholic beverages by fishing boat. The Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment raided a site for expatriate workers in the Wilayat of Seeb and seized quantities of alcoholic beverages.
