Illegal tobacco products, alcoholic beverages seized in Muscat

Muscat: Oman Customs has raided two different sites housing expats and seized prohibited cigarettes and tobacco products and alcoholic beverages.

"The Investigation and Risk Assessment Department raided two sites of expatriate workers in the wilayats of Seeb and Muttrah and seized large quantities of adulterated and restricted cigarettes and other quantities of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, " Oman Customs said in a statement.
