Muscat: A fine of OMR 1,000 has been imposed on an expat for selling and trading chewing tobacco and prohibited cigarettes in the Wilayat of Rustaq, South Al Batinah Governorate.
"For selling and trading chewing tobacco and prohibited cigarettes, the Consumer Protection Department in the Wilayat of Rustaq fined an expatriate OMR 1000," Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) said in a statement.
