Commercial establishment in South Al Sharqiyah seized for selling used tyres

Muscat : A commercial establishment has been seized and booked for violating the decision regarding ban on sale and circulation of used tyres in the Wilayat of Jalan Bani Bu Ali  in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) said.

"Consumer Protection Authority seizes and violates a commercial establishment in the Wilayat of Jalan Bani Bu Ali  in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate after violating the decision regarding ban on sale and circulation of used tyres. The legal procedures are being completed against it. " the Authority said in a statement.
