Hotels booked for violations in North Al Batinah

Muscat: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has issued violations against two establishments in North Al Batinah Governorate for running a hotel activity without obtaining a tourist licence.

"The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism issued two violations against:

1- An establishment that engages in green hostel activity.

2-  An establishment that engages in hotel activity in North Al Batinah Governorate without obtaining a tourist licence." the Ministry said in a statement

The Ministry calls on all unlicenced establishments to stop practising their activity until their conditions are reconciled and they obtain the necessary approvals and licences in order to avoid taking legal procedures in accordance with the executive regulations of the Tourism Law.
