Muscat: The Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources has signed an agreement with Oman Flour Mills Company to enhance food security and support Omani farmers.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "The Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources signs an agreement with Oman Flour Mills Company, under which the company purchases the Omani wheat crop (Bur) for the year 2022 from farmers in the harvest season to enhance food security and support Omani farmers and enable them to enter the food products market."
