More relief materials reach North Al Batinah

Muscat: The Volunteer Services Camp of the Royal Court Affairs (RCA) has received  a relief convoy sent by the Ahad Foundation to support people who have been affected by cyclone Shaheen in the wilayats of Suwaiq and Al Khaboura in North Al Batinah Governorate .

"The Volunteer Services Camp of the Royal Court Affairs in Seih Al Rahmat in the Wilayat of Suwaiq and Al-Rahmat Square in the Wilayat of Al Khaboura received a relief convoy sent by Ahad Foundation to provide support to volunteers and members of the Royal Court Affairs in distributing the materials to the affected families in the two wilayats," the Royal Court Affairs said in a statement.

The foundation was formed in accordance with the Law of Civil Associations issued by Royal Decree No. 14/2000 and Ministerial Resolution No. 106/2021 and aims to provide and support social care initiatives and services for families and individuals, support community empowerment initiatives, especially those related to women, people with disabilities and limited income, support civil associations interested in providing rehabilitation and social care services to the family. In addition to promoting the values of citizenship, identity, heritage, culture and patriotism.
