Isolation not required after receiving COVID-19 vaccine: MOH

Muscat: Whoever receives the COVID-19 vaccine is not obligated to quarantine themselves.

The Ministry of Health has clarified that quarantine is imposed on anyone who has been in contact with an infected person or has contracted Covid-19 infection, health isolation is not required after taking the Covid-19 vaccine.

 "And the person must continue to follow the preventive measures in place after taking the vaccine," the ministry added.
