Muscat: Rafeeq, the largest online supermarket in Oman, is offering free home delivery on orders above OMR5 for customers in Muscat and the areas surrounding the capital.
Customers who order from Rafeeq can also expect the highest safety and hygiene standards applied to their products, as well as timely and reliable deliveries.
The free delivery offer is one of many promotions Rafeeq are running at present, to mark one year of operations in the Sultanate of Oman. More offers and an expanded stock of the e-commerce shop’s range of high quality products are expected soon.
“What we’ve seen is that there is an increasing demand for goods from online stores these days,” said Shakir Dadarkar, marketing manager for Rafeeq.
“These have particularly picked up during the coronavirus pandemic, as people are naturally concerned about going out. Online stores today have an excellent range of products that people can easily order from the comfort of their own homes.
“We are constantly adding new products to match customers’ expectations, as well as bringing out various promotions and discounts,” he explained.
“Today, we have a wider range of products than any other online supermarket. We are grateful to our customers who have shown faith and trust in our service. “We follow all safety protocols during every step of the order fulfilment process, and to do our bit for the environment, do not use plastic bags for any of our operations.”
Rafeeq offers a huge range of products including fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and poultry, frozen meat, baked goods, groceries, personal care and hygiene products, baby products, perfumes and cosmetics, pet products, flowers and gifts, organic and gluten free products, kitchenware, gaming and gift cards, and stationery.
“Our items are constantly expanding based on the demands of customers in the market,” added Samer Hakeem, the brand’s operations manager.
“We have already devised plans for more products in the future, and are keen to announce this to our clients once they have been stocked. We will be increasing our portfolio of Omani products as there is a huge demand for local goods in homes these days.
“I think it is fair to say that we would not have marked a year of operations in Oman without the loyalty our customers have shown us over these past 12 months,” he added. “I want to thank each and every one of them for their support, and assure them that customer satisfaction and quality produce will be our number one priority.”
