Qatar implements minimum wage for workers

Muscat: Qatar has begun implementing the decision on minimum wage for workers, Qatar News Agency (QNA) announced on Sunday.

QNA said: "The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs announces the implementation of the new minimum wage for all workers, starting from, Saturday, March 20, 2021, in implementation of Law No. (17) of 2020 regarding determining the minimum wage for workers and domestic workers."
