Don’t forget to try their chicken with pickling spices, a mildly spiced, creamy dish made of Indian spices and yoghurt, and cooked with boneless chicken. And, if you fancy some seafood lunching, try their spicy prawn with spring onion, jumbo prawns cooked in a dense, mild sauce, and tossed with tomatoes and spring onions.

Kurkum is a cosy restaurant located in the bustling, iconic corniche of Muttrah, where they serve a mix of authentic Indian cuisine, and a blend of Asian infused dishes. The restaurant is small in size but serves some of the tastiest curries in town, cooked perfectly and presented in huge portions that are enough for two. The prices might be a bit higher than other Indian restaurants in town, but think quality. Besides, having a curry by the corniche is a heaven on earth in itself.
Another factor that makes this place unique, is the all-white interior that it sports, from the sofas, to the tabletops, to the plates. It’s definitely set to brighten your day any day.
