HM sends cable of congratulations to President of Turkmenistan

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow of the Republic of Turkmenistan on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
