Muscat: More than 10,000 reports and complaints were dealt with by the Public Authority for Consumer Protection from 25th February till the end of May.
A statement issued online by the Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "The Public Authority for Consumer Protection has received around 10,190 reports and complaints during the period from February 25 to the end of May 2020 and most of them revolved around high pricing of a number of commodities. The rest of them were related to promotional offers, the expiration of goods and a refusal to provide the service among others."
