Muscat: Operations at the Muscat International Airport are back to normal after the temporary suspension of all flights.
According to Oman Airports, the suspension of flight operations was due to the confirmed visibility of a drone over the airport airspace.
In an online statement Oman Airport said: "We would like to announce, in coordination with the Public Authority of Civil Aviation and Royal Oman Police, that the operations at Muscat International Airport are back to normal after the temporary suspension of all flight operations due to the confirmed visibility of a drone over the airspace."
"The concerned authorities have worked to ensure that operations return to normal in the shortest time possible," the statement added.
