This road in Muscat will be closed due to maintenance

Muscat: The right track of Sultan Qaboos Street after Al Qurum flyover intersection will be closed during the weekend, according to Muscat Municipality.
Muscat Municipality said in a statement online, "Muscat Municipality, cooperating with ROP Traffic, will close the right lane of Sultan Qaboos Street after Al Qurum flyover intersection (towards Seeb), starting from Thursday evening till Sunday morning; for regular maintenance."
Muscat Municipality has asked the drivers to take precautions and follow the traffic instructions outlined in the site.
The municipality added, "We recommend that visitors from Muttrah or Ruwi use Muscat Expressway or Murtfat Al Qurum Road to reach their destination during the weekend so as to avoid any traffic congestion."
