Oman Olympic Academy organises sports events management and organisation course

Muscat: The Sports Event Management and Organisation Course started Tuesday morning at Oman Olympic Academy (OOA) of Oman Olympic Committee (OOC).
The course which is held from April 16 – 18 is considered to be an important training due to the increasing interest in local and international sports events. It is held in the context of developmental plans for sports welfare and constant keenness on the requirement of providing the employees of this sector with the required correct scientific skills in managing and organising such events and deal with them in a professional manner using the standards of global professional performance.
Lecturing at the court is Ustaz Abdulla Yousef Al Mulla, Director of Protocol at the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC). Employees of Oman Olympic Committee, Sports Associations, OCC’s supporting committees and employees of public relations in government establishments and the media are taking part in the courts.
