Ghadeer Villas launched by Al Mouj Muscat

Muscat: With a down payment of only five per cent of the total cost, both expats and locals can reserve a modern villa on an estate which was officially launched by Al Mouj Muscat on Tuesday.
Ghadeer Villas, a newly launched project by Al Mouj Muscat, offers a selection of elegant three- and four-bedroom homes with a starting price of OMR261,000. It features private courtyards, garden spaces, and is surrounded by open parkland and abundant landscaping.
Talking to Times of Oman, Nasser bin Masoud Al Sheibani, CEO of Al Mouj Muscat said that the project offers 41 villas which is divided into two phases, and interested buyers can reserve a plot with a down payment of five per cent.
“In phase one, we are constructing 21 villas, and phase two will consist of 20 villas. Although the down payment usually taken is 10 per cent, we are trying to provide our customers with easy access so are letting them book with a five per cent down payment, paying the remaining five per cent over three months.”
“The remaining 90 per cent will be charged in six instalments as the project progresses. With the completion of each stage, owners will be asked to pay accordingly. This way, payment will not be a burden on them, and they will be kept up to date with the progress of their property, which we intend to complete in 36 months.”
Homes at Ghadeer Villas artfully combine privacy with community life and offer a choice of detached and semi-detached floorplans, with booking starting at OMR13,250.
Each home will feature large open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor, enhancing quality family time, with full-height glass doors opening onto the rear garden. Three bedrooms and an additional living space are on the upper floor, with balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens.
Four-bedroom floor-plans additionally offer a ground-floor guest bedroom and a double-height foyer creating a grand entrance, with a private swimming pool available as an upgrade. All villas are furnished with premium quality materials and fittings.
