Indian submarine stopped, says Pakistan

Muscat: Pakistan's navy prevented an Indian submarine from entering its territorial waters, the country's Ministry of Information recently stated. The claim, however, has been denied by authorities in India, who have labelled it 'propaganda'.
On Twitter, the Pakistani Ministry of Information said, "The Pakistan Navy successfully thwarted the attempt of an Indian submarine to enter Pakistan's water. The submarine was not targeted by the Pakistan Navy keeping in view the government's initiative of peace in mind."
The claim was denied by India's Naval Spokesperson, who said, "The Indian Navy remains deployed as necessary to protect National Maritime Interests. Over the past several days we have witnessed Pakistan indulging in false propaganda and spread of misinformation.
"The Indian Navy does not take cognizance of such propaganda. Our deployments remain undeterred."
