Muscat: People in Muscat will now have more options to choose from as a community shopping centre in Bausher is ready to cater to the everyday needs of the people living in the vicinity.
AQAR, a leading real estate company in Oman, has launched a project offering retail areas for sale in Q'Centro at discounted prices, that aims to house a grocery store, a gym, coffee shops, restaurants, laundry shops and more.
Located in the central zone of Bausher, the comprehensive business centre consists of 31 shops with areas range from 20 to 350 square metres starting from OMR19,000.
“Q'Centro, being the first of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman, provides an ideal shopping space. The company is pleased to take the opportunity of the Sultanate’s celebration of the 48th Glorious National Day and has reduced the rates of each unit in the enterprise by OMR4,800, so that the rates shall start from only OMR19,000,” said Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Khonji, the Chairman of AQAR Board of Directors.
“Moreover, we have also decided to provide further special discounts up to OMR1,000 for each shop to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises holding Riyada card and desire to purchase units in this project,” he added.
Al Khonji said that the premises is ready to be taken over, and provides 100 car parking spaces.
