Sultan Qaboos confers Al Nu’man First Class Order on Kuwait envoy

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said conferred Al Nu’man Order “First Class” on Fahad bin Hajar Al Mutairi, outgoing Ambassador of Kuwait to the Sultanate, in appreciation of his good efforts in serving the good relations between the two brotherly countries. The order was handed over to the ambassador by His Highness Sayyid Haitham bin Tariq Al Said when he received the ambassador at his office on Sunday.
The order’s handing over ceremony was attended by Sayyid Faisal bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, Advisor to the Minister of Heritage and Culture.
