Video: Rains hit northern regions of Oman

Muscat: Some of the northern governorates of Oman have seen rain on Saturday, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation announced.

PACA have previously stated that a number Oman's northern governorates would be affected by isolated rain and occasional thundershowers.

According to authorities, this is due to a trough of low pressure that is developing over Oman, the affects of which will be felt from Friday 26 October until Tuesday 30 October.

Musandam, Al Buraimi, Al Batinah, Al Dakhiliyah, Muscat, and Al Sharqiyah are the regions that are to be affected.
