Municipality continues combating dengue-causing mosquitoes in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Health has announced that municipal teams are now combating dengue-causing mosquitoes in Amirat, ministry officials have said.

In a statement online the Ministry said, “The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Municipality of Muscat, announces the continuation of the field survey of the dengue-causing mosquitoes and its breeding sites in some areas of Amirat State on Wednesday, December 26, 2018."

The Ministry calls upon all citizens and residents living in these areas to cooperate with the field teams in order to protect public health.
