Oman's Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) has restocked all the M95 petrol at fuel stations in northern Oman.

A withdrawal was ordered after customers in some fuel stations in Buraimi and North Batinah governorates complained to MOCI.

"After an extensive investigation, it was revealed that sediment was found in an M95 truck, which was transported to Sohar station for storage. The petroleum products were then transported to some petrol stations in North and South Batinah, and in Buraimi." - Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The ministry also ensured that all storage facilities were cleaned and restocked with new fuel.
