Muscat: Two expats were arrested on charges of stealing OMR60,000 the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced.
According to officials, the accused "convinced their victims that they could double their money using chemicals."
A source at the department said, "Two Africans were arrested on charges of fraud and theft of an estimated OMR60,000. The defendants were able to convince their victims that they could double their money using chemicals."
