Horse racing season 2015-16 ends

Assigned by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, His Highness Sayyid Hareb bin Thuwaini Al Said presided over the conclusion of the horse racing for 2015–2016 season, on Saturday. The race was organised by the Royal Horse Racing Club at the horse race track of Al Rahba Farm in the wilayat of Barka The event was graced by a number of members of the Royal Family, ministers and undersecretaries and other personalities interested in horse racing from within and outside the Sultanate. The race comprised five rounds and at the conclusion of which the chief guest honoured owners of the winning horses. The best horse award went to the Royal Horse Unit, the best trainer award went to Naseeb Said Al Badi and best horse rider award went to Anas Salim Al Siyabi. - ONA
