Man chained, assaulted and robbed in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police has arrested two suspects accused of assaulting, chaining, and robbing a citizen in Seeb.
Al Khoud police station arrested two suspects accused of committing the crimes, as well as for blackmailing and threatening the victim.
An official source at ROP said "The victim was lured by the suspects to their place of residence in Mabella. The accused then chained, beat him, and robbed him, and locked him up until late at night. When they released him, they continued to threaten and blackmail the victim."
