Oman students excel at robots championship

Cairo:The Sultanate, represented by the Ministry of Education, participated in the Arab Open Championship for Robots, in which students from Al Marwa Basic Education School in South Al Sharqiya won the first place at the Arab country level.
The second place at the FLL competition went to the team of Quba School in North Al Batinah. The robots team of Al Numan bin Bashir School for Basic Education bagged the second place in the competition for line tracking.
The Arab Open Championship for Robots is one of the famous competitions in the Arab World since its launch in 2008. School and college students participate in the championship.
The championship covers seven competitions from the various age groups.
