Muscat: The 12th International Gasshuku training seminar will be held in Oman in February.
The seminar will be held under the supervision of Japanese expert Shihan Naka Tatsuithe and will take place in both Muscat and Nizwa.
Said Al Hashami, the chairman of Japan Karate Association said, “Tatsuya Naka Sensei will lead the training for five days. Two days at Nizwa sport complex and three days at the Bausher sport complex."
The 12th International Gasshuku training that will take place from 5 to 9 February, will also see several international participants from Germany, France, UK, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Japan, Algeria and Tunisia be a part of the event.
Al Hashami added, "The Academy wishes to make people from different cultures and countries aware of the club. Therefore, we attend international tournaments, under the supervision of karate experts from Japan as well as Germany, in which Arab and European countries participate regularly. This way we know and believe that we are making the greater community a part of our programmes and thus are contributing to the positive image of Oman and the local communities."
