Three injured in apartment building fire in Muscat

Muscat: Three people were injured after a fire broke out in a building in Seeb, Oman's Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) announced online.
PACDA first responded to the call after reports of people being trapped, tweeting, "A report of a fire in an apartment building in Al-Hail in Seeb. Initial information indicates the presence of people trapped inside the building," adding that fire brigades and ambulances were at the scene.
Authorities later announced that they had managed to extinguish the blaze, with three people being injured in the fire.
"The fire brigades at the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance in Muscat managed to extinguish the fire in the building. Three injured people with moderate injuries were transferred by the ambulance," PACDA tweeted.
