Royal Oman Police to organise seminar on security of vital facilities

Muscat: A number of specialists and those interested in the security of vital facilities will take part in the fourth seminar being organised by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) at the Barr Al Jissah resort from March 8 to March 10.
The seminar will discuss the security challenges faced by the vital facilities and find out how to face them, the modern techniques to handle them and the best methods for assessing the security threat through a number of worksheets and workshops to be presented by a number of experts in the field of security, including security officers and professors from around the world.
The seminar will target security officials at vital facilities, project managers and architects from the vital installations.
Among the activities of the seminar, a security and safety exhibition will be held, where companies will display the latest instruments and all kinds of security gadgets.
