More than 20,000 people were evacuated from Barcelona's Tomorrowland Unite Festival after a fire broke out on the main stage on Saturday (July 29), Catalonian emergency services said.
The fire was the result of a firework show and was extinguished before midnight on Saturday, Catalonian firefighters said on their Twitter account.
Social media video shows huge plumes of grey smoke rising as the fire burned on the main stage.
The festival was taking place at 'Parc de Can Zam', in the northern Barcelona region of Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
