Muscat: Schoolchildren in Oman got to study some potentially life saving road safety tips, thanks to the Royal Oman Police.
The force's Traffic School received children from Al-Koudh, who were taught about basic road safety.
Thousands of children visit the traffic school every year. According to the Public Traffic Adminsitration, "5,660 little ones visited the centre in 2015 alone."
"The CTS is considered an educational construct purely made for planting the seeds of correct traffic mentalities in children. The school is a miniature city filled with roads, intersections, roundabouts, and all sorts of service buildings. Within this, young Omanis are taught all about traffic signs and how to properly obey them."
